Description
To strengthen our team at Krumers Alpin Resort & SPA ****S we are looking for a full-time Night Audit (m/f/d).
Requirements
YOUR TASKS
*Responsibility for the security of the hotel at night
*Security tours
*Guest correspondence*Complaint management
*Reception of guests and their care: check-in for late arrivals and check-out for early departures
*Telephone services
*Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
*Card maintenance: constant updating of guest data
*Constant exchange of information and consultation with the departments
*Order, cleanliness and organization in the front and back office
YOUR PROFILE
*Completed vocational training
*Experience in the upscale hotel industry desirable
*Good knowledge of German and English
*Good and confident manners
*Well-groomed appearance and friendly charisma
*Very good computer and EDP skills
*Ability to work in a team*Willingness to undergo further training
*Loyalty and discretion*Honesty
