Your skills: *Excellent manners *Confident, friendly and engaging appearance *Representative appearance and positive charisma *Team player *Organizational skills Your profile: *Very good computer and EDP skills *Confident handling of MS Office *Experience at the reception desk *Conversational German and English skills *Other language skills an advantage Your tasks: *Cordial care of our guests during their stay *Check-in: welcoming and informing newly arrived guests *Check-out: correct invoicing, invoice control, saying goodbye to our guests *Reservation on the phone and on site *Complaint management *Card maintenance: constant updating of our guest data *Communication interface to other departments *Order and organization in the front and back office
