Description
As a reservation clerk (m/f/d) at Salzburger Hof Leogang, you will play a key role in processing and managing reservations and make a significant contribution to the first impression of the hotel.
Your main tasks includeinclude:
- Advice and support for our guests by phone & e-mail
- Preparation of offers and reservation confirmations, taking into account availability and pricing policy
- Maintenance of guest data and reservation systems
- Support in optimizing occupancy figures and revenue through proactive sales
- Processing special requests from guests and complaints
Our requirements for you:
- Completed training in hotel or tourism management or comparable qualifications
- Experience in this or a similar position desirable
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, especially Protel
- Good knowledge of common IT programs
- Sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Flexibility and resilience
