For our Almwellness Resort Tuffbad, we are looking for a Spa Team Leader (m/f/d) who will lead our spa team with heart, competence and leadership and work with us to raise the well-being of our guests to a new level - in line with our philosophy: mindfulness, appreciation, humanity, positive thinking, warmth and individuality.

Requirements
💆♀️ What you should bring with you:✅ Completed training in massage, cosmetics or a comparable qualification✅ Several years of professional experience in the spa or wellness sector, ideally in a management position✅ Enthusiasm for holistic well-being, mindfulness and sustainable spa concepts✅ Leadership skills, Organizational skills and enjoy leading and motivating a team✅ High quality standards and attention to detail in the implementation of treatments and services✅ Knowledge of spa management, rostering and quality control✅ IT skills (e.g. spa software, booking systems) (e.g. spa software, booking systems) is an advantage✅ Passion for the values we live by at Tuffbad: Mindfulness, humanity and genuine cordiality
