Requirements
Professional qualifications:
✔️ Completed training in the hotel industry, housekeeping or comparable Qualifikation✔️ Several years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in the upscale Hotellerie✔️ Experience in managing and motivating a Teams✔️ Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards as well as Materialverwaltung✔️ Confident handling of common hotel software systems and MS Office an advantage
Personal skills & soft skills:
✔️ High service orientation and love for Detail✔️ Organizational and Planungstalent✔️ Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, even in challenging Situationen✔️ Communication skills and Teamgeist✔️ Sense of responsibility and Eigeninitiative✔️ A well-groomed appearance and positive charisma
