Requirements

* completed commercial or tourism training Responsibilities: * Customer-oriented guest reception and guest care - Processing of daily reservation requests and correspondence - Smooth flow of information in the context of service handovers - Communication between the front office area and other departments in the house - Support of sales promotion measures
