Maitre Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager/Maitre for our exclusive hotel restaurant.
You will look after our international guests confidently and warmly and actively work as a role model in service.
You will be responsible for the management and efficient allocation of staff in the restaurant and bars.
This includes the training of new employees and the quality control of the entire service process as well as the fair creation and control of the duty roster.

What we want from you: Experience in the upscale hotel and catering industry

You are a passionate host and respond individually to our guests and their needs.
You have social leadership skills and enjoy working in a team.
Ideally, you have a sommelier qualification, or at least a great affinity for wines.
You have a very good command of German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.

Monthly salary: 2300 €
Salary type: net
