Description
Together with head chef Stephan Gerstner and the team, you are responsible for your station and cultivate the diversity of Austrian culinary tradition and Mediterranean lightness.
- You enjoy local ingredients that are prepared in a smart and tasty way.
- You either take over a station or ideally have experience in all positions.
- You contribute your ideas and are creative in the preparation of the daily a la carte menus for up to 100 pampered guests
- Hand in hand with Stephan, you are responsible for the smooth running of daily operations and play a decisive role in maintaining our high standards.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the kitchen and experience with high-quality and fresh food
- You are a team player, reliable and flexible
- You are able to work independently and are happy to contribute your own ideas
- You think and act in a cost-conscious, business and service-oriented manner. You have a strong awareness of quality and are willing and happy to learn something new every day.
- You must have a good command of German or English
