Your tasks:
- Management and organization of the entire housekeeping team
- Checking the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel - e.g: Guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house
- Ensuring the highest standards of a 5-star hotel.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Training and induction of new team members
- Responsibility for floral arrangements, decorations and special tasks
- Management of cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms
- Creation of duty rosters
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same position in a 4-star superior or 5-star hotel in Austria.
- A high level of quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Management experience and good organizational skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English - other languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to lend a hand.
