Do you love ensuring that everything runs smoothly and have an eye for detail? Then you've come to the right place! We are now looking for a deputy housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and live our high standards with enthusiasm.
Your tasks:
- Ensuring the highest quality standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
- Daily collaboration in the team
- Sharing responsibility for the planning, organization and coordination of daily work processes
- Working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
- Taking on tasks in the area of personnel management: training, induction and supporting the team.
- Checking and maintaining work materials and equipment as well as uniforms and linen.
- Support in the preparation of duty rosters and the management of working hours.
Requirements
- Experience in the same position in a 4-star superior or 5-star hotel in Austria (at least 2 years).
- Organizational skills, a high level of quality awareness and an eye for detail.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, any other language is an advantage.
- Flexibility and the willingness to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
