Description
Are you a kitchen professional and ready for a new challenge?
The Steinbockalm with around 400 indoor and outdoor seats is waiting for you! Our self-service restaurant with open kitchen offers a family-friendly menu that our guests particularly appreciate for its relaxed atmosphere and good food. We are now looking for a kitchen manager with experience , ideally in ski hut gastronomy.
Requirements
What you can expect with us
- Together with our catering manager, you will put together the menu and ensure that your team consistently delivers good quality on busy days.
- You prepare the lunch menu for your colleagues every day.
- You'll manage the duty roster and lead our team of around six people with commitment and passion.
- You take care of purchasing and warehouse management and ensure that everything is always in stock.
- You are in regular contact with our suppliers and coordinate orders.
- You oversee the receipt and inspection of deliveries to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What you should bring with you
- Management experience, ideally in ski huts
- Experience in purchasing and warehouse management
- Efficiency and organizational skills, even in hectic everyday kitchen life
- Stress resistance and resilience
