Description
The Steinbockalm with around 400 indoor and outdoor seats awaits you! Our self-service restaurant with open kitchen offers a family-friendly menu, which our guests particularly appreciate because of the relaxed atmosphere and the good food. We are currently looking for a cook (m/f/d) with experience , ideally in ski hut gastronomy.
Requirements
What you can expect with us
- Preparation of meals and support in the daily preparation of the lunch menu for our employees
- Checking deliveries and assisting with warehousing
- Support in various kitchen areas as required
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP standards
- Cleaning the work areas and equipment
What you should bring with you
- relevant professional experience as a chef, ideally in ski huts
- Efficiency and organizational skills, even in a hectic kitchen environment
- Stress resistance and resilience
