Description
As Kitchen Manager at Parktherme Bad Radkersburg, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the kitchen department. You will manage personnel planning, conduct staff appraisals and organize training courses to improve quality. In cooperation with the F&B manager, you will be responsible for calculating sales prices, menu planning, purchasing and the flow of goods. You will help design culinary concepts, plan budgets and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. You will also work actively in the kitchen, develop new food concepts and organize events.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training as a chef or equivalent gastronomic training, ideally supplemented by at least 3 years' experience in the position of head chef or 5 years' experience as a sous-chef in the 4 & 5-star hotel industry. Additional qualifications such as training as a dietary chef, apprentice trainer or master chef are an advantage. In addition to excellent knowledge of German (C2), knowledge of English (B2) is required, other foreign languages are desirable.
