Requirements
What you should bring with you:
- Cooking is your vocation
- Professional experience as a chef or in a comparable position in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German or English
- Fun to apply specialist knowledge and a team player
- Independent management of a post
- A sense of responsibility and reliability is a great strength
- Preparation and execution of the a la carte and event business
- Our fresh and regional products are creatively presented
- Quality standards and hygiene regulations are always kept in mind
