Requirements
What you should bring with you: - Cooking is your vocation - training as a chef - professional experience as a chef de partie or in a comparable position in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry - very good knowledge of German or English - fun to apply specialist knowledge and team player - independent management of a post - a sense of responsibility and reliability is a great strength - preparation and implementation of the a la carte and event business - our fresh and regional products are creatively staged - quality standards and hygiene regulations are always kept in mind
