Description
For our kitchen team we are looking for a young chef with a passion for Austrian cuisine who is creative and adapted to modern times. We would like to offer our hotel guests an attractive breakfast buffet, a small afternoon buffet with snacks and cakes, a salad buffet in the evening and 4 choice menus with freshly prepared main courses, alternating starter and dessert buffets and much more. A highlight is the Sunday gala dinner with 5-6 courses, the weekly Salzburg farmer's buffet is a real feast. A person who enjoys their work, supports the head chef and enjoys working in a team. Requirements
- Completed training as a chef - Able to work under pressure and calm behavior under stress - Polite, well-groomed and professional appearance - Independent, responsible and cost-conscious actions
