Requirements

- Learn reception experience: you will be introduced to the world of reception and learn everything to do with managing reservations, checking guests in and out and answering inquiries. You will learn how to ensure smooth operations at reception and how to give our guests a warm welcome.
- A strong team: You will be part of a motivated and experienced team that will provide you with advice and support. Everyone is equally important to us and there is always an open exchange of ideas. We make sure that you not only learn, but also enjoy the working atmosphere.
- Take on responsibility: Step by step, you will be involved in the organization and processes at reception and learn how to coordinate daily tasks. We give you the responsibility you need to grow and develop - without the typical, rigid structures.
- Develop hospitality and communication: You'll learn how to respond to guests' needs, communicate with them as equals and make them feel at home. We want you to master the art of hospitality.
