We are looking for a janitor for the coming winter season. As a hero in the background, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in and around the house - from sauna operations and regular snow shoveling to clogged showers. Not only are you good with a hammer and nail, you also enjoy dealing with our guests. You make sure that every plant in our house, every bench and every lamp is in perfect condition. You have an eye for detail, an independent and proactive way of working, but you're also no stranger to teamwork. Together we ensure that all our guests feel completely at ease. We look forward to working together in future seasons.

Requirements

Your areas of responsibility include:

Minor repairs, painting work, maintenance and repair work
Outdoor maintenance (garden, parking lots, driveways, etc.)
Luggage service for guests
Guest service (broken TV sets, safe, locks, etc.)
Bathing and sauna operations
Waste management

Requirements

Technical understanding in various trades such as plumbing, electrics, painting and carpentry
Punctuality and reliability in the execution of tasks and availability
Friendliness and helpfulness in dealing with guests and colleagues
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness when carrying out work
Independent and proactive way of working
