For our hotel we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our team with immediate effect.
Requirements
- Producing and preparing the half-board dishes
- Organization and responsibility in the positions of entremetier and gardemanger
- Knowledge of Austrian and international cuisine
- Compliance with HACCP standards (checking food, ensuring cleanliness)
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
