Requirements
Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of cold dishes and starters. Creative design of salads, dressings, sauces and other cold dishes. Ensuring the appealing and hygienic presentation of food. Ensuring a smooth workflow at your post in the kitchen. Supporting the kitchen team in menu design and implementation of seasonal menus. Adhering to strict hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that operations run smoothly.
