Entremetier (m/f/d) wanted for the Schlosshotel Lacknerhof****s
The Schlosshotel Lacknerhof ****s in Flachau stands for luxury, first-class service and culinary highlights. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and experienced entremetier (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Preparation and presentation of side dishes, vegetable dishes to a high standard
- Ensuring the quality and freshness of the ingredients used
- Collaboration with the other positions in the kitchen to ensure smooth process organization
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP standards
- Helping to design and creatively develop our menu
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the area of Gardemanger in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity and an eye for detail in the presentation of dishes
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and flexible
- Passion for high-quality products and upscale cuisine
- Language skills
German
