Our Alpenstern kitchen is looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) for the coming winter season to support our kitchen team with commitment and creativity. Our hotel stands for excellence and innovation, and we attach great importance to offering our guests culinary experiences at the highest level.
Requirements
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food for our various catering areas
- Working in all areas of the kitchen, as required and instructed by the head chef
- Compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards
- Assisting with the receipt and storage of goods
- Preparation and follow-up of the mise en place for daily service
- Support in the development of new dishes and menus
- Language skills
