Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Well-groomed and confident appearance
- Enjoy dealing with people and have a talent for communication
- Good knowledge of German and English
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably completed training in the gastronomy/hotel industry
- Professional experience in the 4*/4*S hotel industry in this or a similar position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up and supervising the various buffets
- Working with a Chef de Rang on a ward
- Dining service
- Breakfast service
- Mise en place activities
- Carrying out general cleaning work
- Office work (cutlery, glasses, etc.)
- Language skills
