Barkeeper (m/w/d)

This is what awaits you as Chef de Rang:

• In the bar, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the service and drinks are of the best possible quality.
• In the lunch service, you are responsible for fast service. You will fulfill guest requests and sales targets in the best possible way.
• In the evening business, your focus is on a particularly high-quality drinks service.
• You will look after our house guests and walk-in guests at the bar, taking care of them and the products.
• You ensure an optimal bar result, using both materials and time sensibly and cost-effectively.
• You are responsible for a proper mise-en-place at the barYou produce coffee specialties,
• Cocktails and our signature cocktails according to the recipes and our quality standards.
• You are also responsible for proper accounting and billing at the end of each shift
• Various other service tasks are also part of your area of responsibility

You will fit in with us if you have:
