Description
We are looking for active support for our service team as Chef de Rang (m/f/d) Your tasks:
- Managing and supervising your own station
- carry out all preparatory work for the upscale service
- best care of our international guests
- Taking wine and food orders
- Carrying out the wine service
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- completed training in the catering industry
- at least 2 years of professional experience in the upscale service sector
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
- Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage
- Knowledge of wine
