Description
What to do:
- Leading the restaurant team in cooperation with our restaurant manager
- Creating the table plan
- Writing the duty roster for the department, efficient staff scheduling
- Living and passing on service standards
- providing the best service to our international guests
- Ensuring a smooth service flow in all areas (restaurant + bar)
- Actively advising and selling to guests
Requirements
What do you bring with you?
- completed training in the catering industry
- Good knowledge of German
- at least 2 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
- Additional qualifications such as wine knowledge would be desirable
- Loyalty, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- ability to work independently and autonomously
- Knowledge of English and/or French would be an advantage
