The Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld is a modern design hotel for active vacationers and sporty families and is located directly at the valley station of the Millennium Express. 144 rooms, including 54 family rooms, offer plenty of space. All rooms have a spacious Sport Space, where all sports equipment can be conveniently stored.

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for our hotel restaurant for the winter season 24/25 from the beginning of December, who is up for a new challenge and wants to take on responsibility.

Ensure professional food and beverage service in accordance with hotel and quality standards
Work independently in your own area of responsibility
Working closely with the restaurant manager
Serving food and drinks in the breakfast, restaurant & bar area
Advising our guests and making recommendations
Taking orders
Looking after guests in the conference area
Booking and collecting payments for services
Carrying out preparation and follow-up tasks in the various F&B outlets

Requirements

You enjoy dealing with guests and impress with your open and positive attitude
You have completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel or restaurant industry or have professional experience in a comparable position
You have experience in employee management
You have a strong organizational talent and a structured way of working
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, other languages (CZ/SK/HR) are an advantage
Resilience and flexibility in stressful situations fit into your daily work routine
Commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm, loyalty and discretion are among your strengths
You have a high guest and service orientation

Monthly salary: 2700 €
Salary type: gross
