Tasks
- Organize the breakfast buffet in cooperation with the second breakfast chef
- Guarantee a smooth process, clean presentation at breakfast
- Responsible for the preparation of fresh egg dishes
- Further development of the Rigele kitchen philosophy in coordination with the head chef
