We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie for our company. With 76 suites, rooms & 14 chalets as well as the award-winning lounge & bar Freiraum, Puradies is a 4*S nature resort with a difference. Tasks:
- Management and work distribution of the post
- Preparation of meals according to our standards
- Quality assurance of food and goods
- Ordering for the post, maintaining an overview & cleanliness on the post
- Maintaining the cold store and its goods
- Creativity in menu planning and introducing new ideas
- Instructing subordinate employees
