We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our company. With 76 suites, rooms & 14 chalets as well as the award-winning lounge & bar Freiraum, Puradies is a 4*S nature resort with a difference. Tasks:
- Working in the service areas, breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Looking after our discerning guests
- Active sales of aperitifs, digestifs and wines with the help of our restaurant manager
- Operation and billing with our hotel and cash register software "Nova Touch" from Smart Systems
- Responsibility for compliance with the hotel's quality standards

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
- We are looking for a competent host with good organizational skills and a positive team spirit who never loses his/her smile at work
- very good written and spoken English skills
- self-confident, well-groomed and convincing winning appearance and good communication skills
- Flexibility, motivation, ability to work under pressure and sociability as well as enjoyment in dealing with guests
- High level of performance and commitment, responsible, open-minded and a team player
- Self-confident and cheerful personality
