About our hotel concept: We offer normal hotel rooms and apartments in various sizes. Most of our guests book rooms with breakfast. All guests can decide every day whether they want to come for dinner (a weekly menu is available) or order from the small a la carte menu. We offer a large breakfast buffet with an egg menu that is freshly prepared in the kitchen (egg in a glass, egg benedict, omelette, etc...) Dinner: Our dinner kitchen concept is called "Smart Kitchen" and is buffet/finger food based (you can find photos on Instagram under #willkommenumzuweiden) Guests get everything from the buffet. Our kitchen works to a really high standard and surprises our guests time and again with new creations and flavors. We know every day how many guests are coming for dinner. This makes the work really less stressful than in a "normal" half-board hotel with a 5-course menu. This means we send the food to the buffet by 18:00. Dinner lasts until 19:30 Despite the buffet situation, we work to a very high standard and only send perfectly prepared dishes.
