DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM:

• Independent preparation and presentation of all starters and the starter buffet
• Responsibility for the design and implementation of a varied salad buffet
• Personal service for our house guests at the buffet and in the show kitchen
• Responsible merchandise management according to HACCP standards

• High level of personal responsibility and independent approach
• Completed vocational training as a chef and at least 3 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
• Very good knowledge of German
