• Reception and cordial care of guests
• Advice and active beverage sales at your own rank
• Responsibility for your own station and instructing the Commis de Rang
• Compliance with and careful execution of our quality standards
• Honest interest in the wishes and well-being of our guests

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship/technical college or career changer with professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
