Sales & Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Looking after an existing customer portfolio and acquiring new customers in the MICE segment
Organization and management of customer events, house tours and participation in sales trips and trade fairs
Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue
Professional acceptance and processing of reservation inquiries, both digitally and by telephone
Coordination with internal departments such as front office, housekeeping, spa, kitchen and service for optimal guest care

Language and IT skills:

German: mother tongue or comparable

English: Advanced knowledge (C1)

MS Office: Confident handling

Experience with reservation systems an advantage

Requirements

Completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry or comparable qualification.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar or equivalent position in sales and reservations.
Market knowledge, customer contacts and high customer and service orientation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident handling of MS Office and reservation systems.
Very good knowledge of German and English, flexibility and willingness to travel.
Class B driver's license and own vehicle required.
