Description
- Flexible support for the various positions in the kitchen (saucier, entremetier, gardemanger, pâtissier, etc.)
- Ensuring the high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards
- Training and supporting colleagues in the respective positions
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP guidelines
- Sharing responsibility for the receipt, inspection and proper storage of goods
- Creative co-design of the menu in cooperation with the kitchen management

Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Sound knowledge in various areas of the kitchen
