To complete our housekeeping team we are looking for a:n dedicated:n Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) for

40 hours per week!

Requirements

Your qualifications:

Professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a comparable position
Independent working style and hands-on mentality
Commitment, flexibility and reliability
Willingness to work at weekends
Languages: German and English conversationally fluent
Ability to work in a team
You enjoy dealing with international guests
You attach great importance to first-class service and your way of working is characterized by a pronounced attention to detail
You are reliable, resilient, structured and manage to keep a smile even in stressful situations and meet all requirements
An eye for detail and a structured way of working

Your areas of responsibility:

You support the Housekeeping Manager and his/her deputy
You check the rooms and public areas after cleaning and make sure that everything meets our high standards
You see when something is broken or missing and initiate the appropriate steps
You take care of guests' concerns or requests from reception
You report via our system when rooms are available for guests
Cross-departmental collaboration with the entire team
Assisting with cleaning when required
Ensuring order in the offices and warehouses

Employment relationship: Permanent contract

Monthly salary: 2110 €
Salary type: gross
: The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and catering industry, classified in LG 3 with a basic salary of € 2,110.00 gross per month. The actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
