Sous chef (m/f/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Representation of the head chef
• Planning, organization and implementation of work processes, as well as ensuring smooth kitchen operations
• Ensuring continuous quality assurance, high product quality and economical use of goods
• Ordering goods and contacting suppliers
• Compliance with all legal regulations (occupational health and safety, HACCP)
• Carrying out inventories
• Instruction, supervision and training of kitchen staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed chef training
• Experience in the same position in the hotel or catering industry
• Good German or English language skills are a MUST
• High guest and service orientation
• Willingness to learn, quality awareness and attention to detail
• A pronounced degree of reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience in stressful situations
