Requirements
- Operational management of the cleaning team
- Checking the daily cleaning of rooms, public areas and the back office
- Assisting with cleaning and setting a good example
- Maintaining and monitoring hygiene standards throughout the hotel
- Coordinating with the external laundry service and various service providers
- Ordering cleaning products and laundry
- Coordinating the duty roster
- Guest care and complaint management in direct contact with guests
Qualifications
- Professional and management experience as a housekeeping manager in the hotel
Hotel industry or tourism sector
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- Stylish appearance and a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work independently, reliability and team spirit
- Eye for detail, high quality standards
- High self-motivation and initiative are required and encouraged
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize work independently and experience in team leadership
- Accurate and reliable way of working as well as the ambition to develop further
