Requirements
Your tasks
- You will support our head chef in managing the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You are jointly responsible for the creation and further development of our menu - your ideas are in demand!
- You will monitor the quality of the food and ensure that every dish leaves the kitchen perfectly.
- You lead, motivate and train the team so that everyone can give their best.
- You will help maintain the cold store and inventory and ensure that our high-quality products are handled sustainably.
- But quality control of work processes for efficiency and compliance with all hygiene guidelines (HACCP) are also part of the job.
