Description
YOUR TASKS: - You support our chef in her daily work and stand in for her in her absence - You are jointly responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen - You act as a role model, set a good example and share your knowledge and skills You contribute to an appreciative atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome - You provide our guests with a high-quality culinary experience every day despite a workload of up to 2.5 meals per minute = 150 per hour = 1200 meals per day
Requirements
YOUR QUALITIES: - Comprehensive knowledge of all positions. Preferably experience as a sous chef - You are a "go-getter" who is not fazed by a full house - A sense of quality and responsibility as well as economic understanding - Love of the product & good food - Careful and orderly working methods in compliance with HACCCP guidelines - Structured, efficient and sustainable practice - High level of initiative and hands-on mentality - Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team for our crazy bunch - Passion for cooking
