Your tasks:
- Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company specifications
- Compliance with hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of the daily HP menus
- Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- Production and preparation of fresh dishes
- Contributing new ideas for the weekly menu design
