Description

We are looking for a motivated Commis de Bar for our company. You will support our Chef de Bar and our service crew to pamper our guests with delicious drinks and culinary delights from the kitchen. We would be happy to inform you in advance about your tasks:

Looking after guests, coffee service, bar service
Preparing mise en place for bar service
Cocktail creations and drink of the day

As well as assisting with à la carte service and afternoon service:
Drinks service, serving food, serving service, wine service
Mise en place for the next day for breakfast & afternoon service/evening service
Various activities in the restaurant: assisting reception at the reception desk, preparing the restaurant, decorating, etc.

Requirements

You like working with people.
You enjoy preparing delicious drinks.
You have experience in the hospitality industry.
Very good German language skills.
Very good knowledge of English.
Experience in upscale à la carte service is an advantage.
Friendly & respectful cooperation is our A&O.

Monthly salary: 2275 €
Salary type: gross
: for 45 hours a week - the number of hours is negotiable and there is a willingness to overpay, the gross monthly salary offered depends on qualifications and experience
