Our 4-star family hotel in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers unforgettable vacation experiences for families with 83 rooms & suites, a 1,100 m² wellness area and a spacious children's entertainment area. The reception is the heart of our hotel - and this is exactly where we are looking for long-term reinforcement!

Your tasks - The first impression counts- Check-in & check-out - You ensure a warm welcome and a smooth departure - Guest care & concierge service - You are the first point of contact for questions & requests - Processing of reservations & guest correspondence - Coordination of arrivals & departures for an optimal process - Creation of menu cards, daily programs & information material - Telephone reception & communication with other departments

Your profile - What you bring to the table:- Completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector- Enjoy dealing with people & a service-oriented way of thinking- Very good German & English skills, other languages an advantage- Organizational skills & independent work- Well-groomed, friendly appearance & confident communication- Ability to work under pressure & flexibility, even in stressful situations
