Ongoing To Do's

Direct representation and support of the head chef
Representation of the chef in case of absence
Control of typical house procedures in the kitchen and during service
Preparation and control of staff catering
Cooking a post (possible assignment at each post)
Annocier
Training and monitoring of employees
Possible duty rosters for last-minute changes (if the chef is not available)
HACCP coordination
Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen equipment

Requirements

Your profile

Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as a chef & sous chef
German as mother tongue or perfect knowledge of English
Enjoy working with people
Willingness to learn
Quick comprehension
Good self-organization as well as precise and structured way of working
Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
Willingness to develop personally

Language skills

English

B1 (Intermediate)

German

C2 (excellent knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 5 Jahre
Leadership experience: 2 Jahre

Monthly salary: 2400 €
Salary type: net
: The salary is based on the Salzburg collective agreement for 40 hours. The salary for a 5.5 day week is fixed by agreement.
