Description
We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef for our company. You will work alongside our head chef in the position of rotissier and saucier and support him in all his work (purchasing goods, menu design, controlling, advertising, organizing the work of the 18-strong kitchen brigade).
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in gastronomy / tourism school and several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Well-groomed appearance, love for the profession, self-confident and strong communication skills
- Responsible, independent, flexible, resilient and organized
- Very good knowledge of German (spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of English
- Language skills
