Requirements

Supporting the kitchen management in the organization, management and control of the entire kitchen area
Sharing responsibility for implementing and monitoring the hygiene concept
Ensuring the consistency and quality of food during cooking processes
Sharing responsibility for ensuring the optimal economic success of the hotel through the rational use of operational resources
Monitoring the defined quality standards

Language skills

German

B1 (Intermediate)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time
