Requirements
As sous-chef, you support and represent the head chef in all matters. The position of
Rotisseur is one of your main tasks and you are responsible for leading and motivating the kitchen brigade together with the head chef
Chef is your responsibility. The aim is to spoil and delight our guests with culinary highlights.
