Are you ready to put your skills to work in a renowned family business in Zell am See?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for our Hotel der Schmittenhof, where you will be part of a fantastic team and inspire up to 100 guests daily with your art.
Your role with us:
- As a Sous Chef you will work as a role model in a dedicated kitchen team of 4 people
Your creativity is required for a daily 4-course menu with the following components
- Starter
- Soup
- 3 main courses to choose from → meat | fish | vegetarian
- Dessert
- You can fully concentrate on the creation of the menus, because we have NO ala carte
We offer:
- A seasonal position
- Flexible working hours | 5 or 6 days a week | NO part-time work | kitchen hours 15:00 - 20:00
- An attractive salary
- Free catering with three meals a day and accommodation if required.
- For applicants from the surrounding area, we offer a home-sleeper bonus.

Requirements
- Experience in the Austrian hotel kitchen
- Completed cook apprenticeship
- Relevant work experience
- HACCP knowledge
- Enjoyment and motivation at work
