Sous Chef at the Hotel der Schmittenhof

Are you ready to put your culinary skills to the test in one of the most beautiful hotels in Zell am See? We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for our Hotel der Schmittenhof, where you will be part of a fantastic team and delight up to 100 guests daily with your art.

Your role with us:

  • As a Sous Chef you will work as a deputy chef in a dedicated kitchen team of 4 people.
  • You will help create and prepare a typical 4-course half-board menu consisting of starter, soup, three main courses and dessert.
  • You will work hand in hand with the head chef to ensure culinary excellence.

We offer:

  • A seasonal position from early December to mid-April.
  • Flexible working hours based on a 40- or 48-hour week on 5 or 6 days, with the choice between part-time and full-time work being a matter of agreement.
  • An attractive salary from €2,300 net.
  • Free catering with three meals a day and accommodation if required.
  • For applicants from the surrounding area, we offer a home-away-from-home bonus.
