Your tasks
- Warm welcome & care for our guests
- Check in and check out incl. own cash register management & cash register responsibility
- Central contact point for all guest requests relating to vacations at the STOCK resort
- Work in a warm & service-oriented reception team
- Accurate and responsible performance of administrative reception tasks
Your profile
- Training with a focus on tourism or professional experience in this or a similar position
- Passion & pronounced service orientation
- Open & respectful manners
- Confident & friendly demeanor
- Team player & quality-conscious
- Willingness to jointly develop quality standards and personal training
- Languages: German & English spoken and written
