Your tasks

• Warm welcome & care for our guests
• Check In & Check Out
• Own cash management & cash responsibility
• Central contact point for all guest requests relating to vacations at the STOCK resort
• Accurate & responsible execution of administrative tasks

Your profile

• Training with a focus on tourism or professional experience in this or a similar position
• Passion & pronounced service orientation
• Open & respectful manners
• Confident & friendly demeanor
• Team player & quality-conscious
• Willingness to jointly develop quality standards & personal further training
• Languages: German & English spoken and written
