We offer you a full-time or part-time position.
Earnings € 2200,- gross on a full-time basis.
20 - 40 hours per week.
Shifts: 07.00 - 15.30, 08.00 - 16.30 or 14.00 - 22.00 (always alternating shifts)
Overpayment possible according to qualifications and experience.
Depending on the agreement, we are happy to provide an e-car or accommodation.

Your tasks:
- Check-in/check-out
- Processing guest enquiries
- Carry out room bookings
- general administrative activities
- Improving occupancy through active contact
- Preparation/control of invoices, accounts and cash management
- User knowledge of hotel program Fidelio - Oracle Suite 8 an advantage
- Complaints management
We would like you to have
- completed training and relevant professional experience
- Organizational and planning skills, high customer orientation and friendliness
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, stress resistance
- Basic knowledge of Fidelio V8
- very good knowledge of German and English
- Enjoyment of guest contact
